One Percent Solution - 5th Update

Objective: Lose 1% of total weight every 2-week period.

January 3 weight: 263.8 pounds
January 17 weigh-in: 260.6 pounds (-1.2%)
January 31 weigh-in: 258.8 pounds (-0.7%)
February 14 weigh-in: 254.0 pounds (-1.9%)
February 28 weigh-in: 250.4 pounds (-1.4%)


Target weight for March 14: 247.9 pounds

Actual weight for March 14: 248.2 pounds
           Actual weight loss: 2.2 pounds (-0.9%)

Total weight loss to date: 15.6 pounds (-5.9%)

Target weight for March 28: 245.4 pounds


I really, really, really hate shopping for clothes. Now I have no choice. I bought two suits a year ago that now fit me the way David Byrne wore suits in the early years of Talking Heads. Most of my t-shirts look huge and I could probably start wearing XL's instead of 2X. Of course this means I have to buy said XL's since I don't own any.

Did I mention I really, really, really hate shopping for clothes?
