Target weight for February 28: 251.5 pounds
Actual weight for February 28: 250.4 pounds
Actual weight loss: 3.6 pounds (-1.4%)
Total weight loss to date: 13.4 pounds (-5.1%)
Target weight for March 14: 247.9 pounds
For reference, the last time my weight was below 250 pounds was 2006, and the last time I was less than 248 was in 2002. Yesterday I bought a pair of "stretch goal" pants. Currently I wear 42" waist pants. These are 40". I can button them but they are a bit snug. Another 5 or so pounds in the right places and they should fit much more comfortably.
