One Percent Solution - First Update

Objective: Lose 1% of total weight every 2-week period.

January 3 weight: 263.8 pounds

Target weight for January 17: 261.6 pounds
          Target weight loss: 2.6 pounds

Actual weight for January 17: 260.6 pounds
           Actual weight loss: 3.2 pounds (1.2%)

Target weight for January 31: 258.0 pounds
           Target weight loss: 2.6 pounds

If I were able to maintain the rate of weight loss I did for the first two weeks I'd be at my lowest weight since high school. I'm trying not to think that far ahead. Baby steps. Baby steps.
